个人简介:

2019年毕业于香港理工大学生物医学工程专业,获生物医学工程博士学位。2019-2022年在美国斯坦福大学医学院从事博士后研究。获得多项国际会议(包括神经科学、生物物理、生物医学工程、光学工程等领域权威国际会议)奖项。相关研究成果在PNAS、Cell Reports、iScience、Advanced Science、 Brain stimulation, Advanced Photonics Research、IEEE TUFFC、STAR Protocols等学术期刊上发表。主持国自然面上项目1项。申请中国发明专利6项,美国专利4项。受邀在牛津大学《经颅脑调控工具书》撰写超声神经调控章节。是STAR Protocols杂志的Advisory board member。

多尺度神经网络成像和操控研究组:

目前主要聚焦超声神经调控和超声脑功能成像技术及其应用研究。

超声波是一种较安全的能量形式,在脑功能成像和神经调控中显示出越来越明朗的应用前景。平面波超声可以快速对全脑的血流灌注进行成像,得到类似于血氧水平依赖性功能磁共振(BOLD-fMRI)信息。超声系统相对简单和小巧,相比于功能核磁可以用较低的成本实现自由移动生物体的全脑功能成像。另一方面,研究显示低能量低频率聚焦超声作为一种机械波,可以打开机械敏感通道蛋白,在神经刺激、神经-免疫调控等方面都有很大的应用前景。我们从中发展起来了基于MscL-G22s(一种细菌中发现的机械敏感通道蛋白)的超声遗传学技术,已经被法国学者独立验证,日益受到关注。在这些研究基础上,我们正致力于开发全声学的跨尺度神经网络成像和操控技术(包括基于超声遗传学的全脑神经网络解构方法、全脑-脊成像和刺激技术),并探索它们在临床前和临床转化中的应用。

此外,为了拓展光和声在颅骨和脑组织中的穿透深度,我们正在开发光和声的波前调控技术,希望推动光和声相关技术在基础研究和临床转化中的应用。
