个人简介:

2016年本科毕业于复旦大学信息科学与工程学院电子信息科学与技术专业,2023年于复旦大学取得微电子学与固体电子学博士学位。博士期间围绕类脑芯片与智能系统开展研究,参与国家自然科学基金、上海市重大专项等多项课题,具体研究内容包括高能效类脑计算架构、低功耗类脑计算ASIC专用芯片、脉冲神经网络高效训练与优化方法等,相关研究成果共发表10余篇学术论文,并申请发明专利3项。
