个人简介：

鞠博士2014年毕业于兰州理工大学，获学士学位。2025年在中国科学院大学高性能智能计算中心获得博士学位，从事类脑计算研究。鞠博士在读博士期间的研究方向为高性能计算及基于GPU的异构加速，利用软硬件深度加速算法，充分发挥复杂架构硬件的计算性能。加入广东省智能技术研究院后，他的研究方向转向类脑芯片的算子优化。类脑芯片的算法优化融合生物机制与硬件特性，通过优化脉冲神经网络和突触可塑性机制，结合存算一体化设计，并辅以动态计算、稀疏编码等技术，提升能效和实时性，增强任务自适应性和抗干扰能力。鞠博士的研究成果主要发表在ISBRA, Future Generation Computer Systems, Big Data Mining and Analytics等期刊上。
