Professor Lirong Zheng, co-director of the Joint Lab, is a special expert, a highly accomplished foreign talent, a member of the State Council's Academic Degrees Committee's disciplinary review panel, and the former dean of Fudan University's School of Information Science and Engineering. He has been working on intelligent electronics and systems for a long time, including wireless sensing and system-on-a-chip, energy-efficient intelligent system-on-a-chip, ultra-wide band wireless communication, Internet of Things and AIOT system-on-a-chip, etc. More than 400 academic papers, 2 academic monographs, more than 10 innovation patents, and numerous industrialization accomplishments have all been published by him in Science, IEEE, and other relevant publications and conferences.
