Individual resume

Dr. Song received his B.S. degree in Biotechnology from Nanjing Agriculture University (2016) and his Ph.D. degree in Center from Excellence in Brain Science and Intelligence Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (2022). After completing his Ph.D., Dr. Song joined Lab of Somatosensory neural networks (LSNN), Guangdong Institute of Intelligence Science and Technology (GDIIST) for researching neural network alterations under neuropathic pain condition in July 2022.

Research interests

Dr. Song is interested in researching alterations of neural network under neuropathic pain condition. His goals are identifying neural circuits and activity changes of brain nuclei under neuropathic pain condition and exploring central neural mechanism of neuropathic pain by using neural tracing, morphology and behavior methods.
