Personal Profile:
Jiaru He received his Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Hainan University in 2017, and his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Guangdong University of Technology in 2023. His research findings have been published in journals such as IEEE TUFFC, Ultrasonics, and Journal of Neural Engineering.

Research Focus:
During his doctoral studies, his main research included a multi-target ultrasound neuromodulation system for small animals based on acoustic holographic lenses, ultrasound stimulation of the dorsal raphe nucleus for treating depression, and improving cognitive impairment induced by anesthesia. After joining the Guangdong Institute of Intelligent Science and Technology, his research has focused on ultrasound transducer array design, transcranial ultrasound focusing algorithms, phased-array focused ultrasound neuromodulation systems guided by functional imaging, ultrasound neuromodulation, and its mechanisms in treating brain disorders.
