Personal Profile:
I received my B.Sc. in Psychology from Binhai College of Nankai University in 2023 and am currently an M.Ed. candidate in Psychology, Shenzhen University. My research focuses on how acute stress modulates task-evoked brain function, aiming to clarify the stress–cognition relationship and lay both theoretical and empirical groundwork for future interventions targeting individual resilience.
Research Interests:
I seek to explore the mechanisms through which stress affect attentional function and to determine whether features of attention network can prospectively predict individual’s resilience. I adopt the Trier Social Stress Test paradigm (TSST) to induce acute stress, I continuously monitor physiological stress responses via heart-rate belts and salivary cortisol. And I record task-evoke brain activity with EEG system, and apply time-domain and time-frequency analyses to analyse stress-induced changes in attentional dynamics and their inter-individual variability. By linking these neural markers to resilience indices, my work aims to provide neuroscientific and psychological evidence for cognitive-intervention programs that enhance stress adaptation.
